Easy A stars Emma Stone
Easy A is the first movie I watched that starred Emma Stone. She is super cute in this flick.
This is a teenage film that has a some drama, some humorous situations (especially with the Penderghast family situations), and deep sensitivities in our culture, such as teen sex, losing virginity, sexually-transmitted diseases, divorce, and peer pressure.
It has a lot of narratives told in the first person by Stone, who plays the role of Olive Penderghast.
The movie is loosely based in the classic novel The Scarlett Letter, while criticizing the movie adaptation that starred Demi Moore.
My husband and I were highly entertained. This was one of the movies that we watched after midnight while munching on junk food.
Easy A stars Emma Stone, Penn Badgley, Amanda Bynes, Cam Gigandet, Thomas Haden Church, Patricia Clarkson, Lisa Kudrow, Malcolm McDowell, Alyson Michalka, and Stanley Tucci. The story was written by Bert V. Royal while the film was directed by Will Gluck.

Popcorn flavors we love--caramel, cheese, butter, and barbecue.
Dennis and I both love popcorn. There is just something about the smelling of popping corn that draws, whether it is flavored or not. The aroma is just overpowering.
Needless to say, it also our favorite movie snack. When we go to the cinema, we buy a big bag of popcorn. Or at home, we would pop our own microwaveable corn.
It could either be cheese, barbecue, caramel or salt and butter–whatever the flavor–we would devour it. And our daughter has also taken after us in liking this all-around favorite snack.
Somehow we just associate the sensation of viewing a movie, to the emotional thrills of the scenes, and to the taste and sound of munching popcorn. Am I making sense? It is something comfortable and familiar, that is why we continue to have that. Neurotic. haha
But aside from the movies, we would also buy popcorn from those pushcarts at the park whenever we go out. We just love popcorn. Sometimes, at the grocery, I would also buy those Oishi caramel popcorn and other brands.
I guess by now you can just imagine how much popcorn we actually consume as a family. hahaha
