Last night, we watched Episode 2 Season 3 of the spy drama on Fox called Covert Affairs, starring Piper Perabo and Christopher Gorham.
I am just so happy to see the new episodes again after a long pause for the season. We have watched all the episodes in the first two seasons and these are just exciting for me. Yeah, at least for me because sometimes hubby gets sleepy after some time (something that doesn’t happen if he watches SVU).
Anyway, the character of Gorham, Auggie, is set to propose to her girlfriend of four months and that saddened the character of Perabo (Annie Walker). Auggie showed Annie a pearl ring that he was going to present to his girl. He said that it wasn’t a diamond ring because of the diamond slave trade or something. Annie was teary-eyed but wished them well. But she said something that if Auggie’s lady love did not like the ring then probably she is not the right girl. Awww…
I am so excited for Episode 3, especially that Annie is now hooking up with an Arab guy named Simon Fischer (played by Richard Coyle) who is a suspected terrorist. The feisty spy girl is building up a relationship with him.
